Holiday tips please

Hi all,
I'm fairly new, been on here four weeks and lost 13lb which I'm really happy about but I have worked really really hard. I'm going away for a week tomorrow to Cyprus with lots of friends for a wedding and looking for some tips for staying on track. Realistically I will be happy to maintain if not lose. I just don't want to undo what I've done so far. Also without Internet access I will be without my app.............that's gonna be so tough as I'm totally hooked!!

Take some walks or if you're staying in a hotel use their fitness room to get in a workout and don't worry too much about what you're eating. Look up calorie counts of some of the things you know you'll eat like wedding cake and plan to do something active to counteract those calories. Be conscious of what you're eating but not OCD about it.0

Just watch the alcohol and sauces on foods. Other than that, enjoy your friends and eat in moderation. Also, get moving as much as possible.0
