I just finished my 6 months "delay" for insurance purposes. My surgery is scheduled for Oct 16 at NOCH with Dr. Foote. Wednesday I will be meeting with the different experts and getting my food. It' gonna be tough but I am determined to succeed and keep it off this time.

I'm planning on the sleeve but have to go through 6 mths diet now so it would be about Oct.. I have to be careful though because bmi is 37.6 right now and if I go down below 35, they can't or won't do the surgery. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter
