In general, I work out most days. But if I'm going to a restaurant for a meal -- any meal -- I make SURE I work out that day, AND if possible, the day after. I'd count a wedding as going out for sure, so be sure you have a good workout this morning, and definitely don't starve yourself. Eat healthily and have something…

I'm with TeaBea. I try to only eat about half of my exercise calories ... and make sure I always exercise on a day I'm going to a restaurant -- for any meal, because I know I will probably eat my entire budget :)
