you have to eat to suit your body and movemnet levels. for me i am lightly active because i am a student and i have a part time job. i am supposed to eat 1810 calories a day, i find that pretty hard to eat that many calories. the reason you need to eat lets say 1200 + calories a day is so your metabolism doesnt shut down…
