So today's Wednesday. And my wish would be to lose between 110- 150 pounds. I weigh 305-310 currently. I have such a hard time committing and making the decision to consistently eat health and within my calories, and workout. I feel so tired all the time, and after eating I always feel like *kitten*.

Why are you unable to workout? If it's something to do with an injury you could always swim( low impact), walk around the block a few times , stretching, dancing, and so many other ways to move and burn calories
