Challenge Weight Loss Goal: 13kg/28.6lb
Im hoping as I just put on 4.2kg / 9.24lb in last week of December (Damn Xmas bingeing) I will drop a fair bit in the first weeks of January, once I get back into routine, fingers crossed.
Struggling to get back into the right mindset, DO NOT be tempted by all food you see!!!
Must remember in future 1 week of bingeing, costs 3 weeks of catch up. So 4 wasted weeks.0 -

Lost 1.6 this week - at 166.4. I am going to try to lose 5 lbs by Feb. 2, because that is my one year anniversary, and I would love to be at 50 lbs lost that day. Cross your fingers.2

That's very strange as groups usually always have one on the top right side of the page. I am not the moderator so I cant help further with that. I know that @warfield23 created it as this is her challenge. Maybe she can help you further if you still have trouble getting onto the group page.0 -

I took my first spin class today. I thought I was in good shape - found out I was wrong. I lasted almost 30 minutes, but I will go back. I also bought a bigger, more comfortable seat cover. My poor bottom is not made for those tiny little hard seats, ha ha.1
