3 month/ 14 week Challenge

I was looking to do a 3 month/ 14 week challenge starting January 1st and ending March 31 (two days shy of 3 months). Where you just workout, eat right, and log your progress once a week. I'm current 225lbs hoping to at least lose 15lbs. Weight loss is so much better when you have people to do it with you!!!

Sounds great. I'm in. I'm trying to lose about 5 lbs a month. Have about 20 to 25 lbs more to go and have lost 15 lbs so far.5

Yay everyone feel free to follow me and each other if you'd like. I really don't know how to go about check-in on the accountability part of it. I created a calendar log on word, but any suggestions on how to go about check-ins?1

I'm in too! I've have been working on the last 20lbs of pregnancy weight for over a year now and it just needs to come off! lol (The "baby" is now 2!) I'll add you all!3

I workout weekly mostly yoga right now trying to strengthen my lower back and improve flexibility to begin more strength training soon.
I follow a diet my doctor has put me on and I have had wonderful results (no sugar, no man made foods, low carb, low fat, and lots of water)
I have enjoyed this app and the encouragement found from people on the same journey!!3 -

I am interested! I have been fighting hypothyroidism and only gaining. I finally figured out I am gluten intolerant and feel so much better and diet and exercise are finally working to lose weight. I am interested. I had two babies in two years (my 7th and 8th) and I'm old (38) and tired of losing baby weight. It has been the ongoing battle for 13 years now. I am going to London with a friend in March and, more importantly, celebrating my 15th anniversary in March and I want at least some of my cute clothes to fit. If I could lose 15 by my anniversary weekend (first time alone with hubby without being pregnant in two years!!!) that would be awesome.

Yay I'm glad so many people want to do this challenge. The goal is to just be consistent as possible by eating right and staying active. Nothing more, nothing less. Also happy everyone is looking to lose around the same amount of weight in this time. A lot of times you find a challenge and its like a drop 50lbs in a month type of thing. Let's take it pound by pound, keep motivated, and log every week until its over!!!!3
