    I would love to join, I need all the push I can get. I am hoping to lose at least 80 lbs by my birthday, that's in September, so that's about 8-9 pounds a month or little over 2 pounds a week.

    I'm trying to balance losing weight while building muscle weight training, so I'm just shooting for 4-5lbs over the next 3 months. Sticking with logging, resisting beer, and fried foods are the biggest challenges for me.

    I would like to join! I'm a 42yo, 5'6" mom of two who never lost the second "baby's" weight (4 now!) and I really want to drop the pounds to help make me a better, lower-injury risk runner. My ultimate goal is to run a marathon Oct 15—two years ago I made it to the 20-mile training run and injured myself and was out. By the end of March I'd like to lose at least 15 pounds. That would be a good start, at least!
