Did not log in last week - sorry. I have lost 2.8 lbs in the last 2 weeks. Not a lot, but at least it is steady. Am trying for 5 lbs in February. Everyone is doing so well - keep it up.1

I am not doing well. I lost a little over 4 lbs this month, but right now 2 of them have found their way home. I am going back on my strict paleo that took off the first 48 lbs. I will also keep track of my calories better. I think I am drinking too many of my calories. I have dropped another 50 off of my daily allotment, just trying to get it moving again.2

got myself a new Garmin and it is nice to see the steps adding up. I also tried running again for the first time in a long while so even though I saw a lower number on the scales the last few days I am still pretty happy with the results.2 -
