Discouragement
I'm feeing discouraged, and overwhelmed. I am 318.5 pounds, and my goal weight is 165... it feels like I'm past the point of hope of losing the weight. I'm frustrated that no matter how often I identify that I have so much weight to lose and that I need to start working at it again; I always don't do it.

Embracing being a beginner again
So I am 20( soon to be 21), and I am 307.8 pounds. The last time I lost weight in my senior year of high school, I went from 286 to 255 in about 3 months. Through the last 3-4 years I have gained nearly 60 pounds back. My ultimate goal is 180. So I have 127 pounds to lose. It's really hard to find my motivation to work out…

Commitment

Light headed
Has anyone ever been light headed when getting out of the shower after 10 minutes? This is the third time it's happened. I suspect it's because of a drop in blood pressure but I yi yi it is so frustrating to feel so weak after a shower

Food Addiction
Has anyone ever struggled with a food addiction? Goodness it's difficult.
