Light headed

Has anyone ever been light headed when getting out of the shower after 10 minutes? This is the third time it's happened. I suspect it's because of a drop in blood pressure but I yi yi it is so frustrating to feel so weak after a shower

    Yes it can happen due to a drop in blood pressure. However, it's a good idea to see your doctor, just to rule anything else out.

    I'd guess BP too. Try drinking a big glass of water before you shower.
