The only things I haven't been weighing are lettuce and liquids or if I have oatmeal.

It's not just walking,,it's hit training with jogging worked in. There is a lot of upper body involved as well and I break a sweat every time. It's considered power walking or indoor jogging :)

I log the exact times start and stop, I wear my heart rate monitor when doing my power walking workouts so I get negative calorie allowance after. Should I stop wearing my fitbit for workouts and just use my heart rate monitor?

I use my heart rate monitor when I work out because I have the fitbit flex. I do have the negative calories on too, I will also start measuring everything with my scale from now on :) thank you.

I usually eat around 2000 calories on my cheat day but you're right it could be more so I will start logging. I've weighed all my food for the last 2 years, it's kind of a habit now lol good recommendations ladies, thank you

Honestly I could not have done it without him. You will find it so much easier to keep it up when you have him eating the same food and focused on being more active together. I've had many friends that did not have support of their husbands and it failed leading to gastric bypass. I am so glad I didn't have to go down that…

Go eat some healthy fats and proteins....cut out the white carbs and replace with multi grain...eat enough and don't DIET..doesn't work...also drink 10-14 cups of water a day. Your doing it wrong if your hungry hun...good luck!!

Great advice...I weigh and measure everything...when I say 1/2 tbsp..it's measured. Also learned my lesson with entries lol I have started to add in more exercise..getting nicer outside for activity,,also thinking of starting up some weight training as well.

I love spaghetti squash..my favorite way to serve it is with a taco chicken slow cooker recipe I make...chicken, chopped peppers, shallot chopped, chili powder, low sodium taco seasoning, drained can no salt diced tomatoes...Let it cook on low for 8 hours and serve on top of baked spaghetti squash noodles

I based it on if you were 25, just by guessing. If I were you I would start out by eating more...made up of all the good foods you've been eating and your healthy fats. Something to think about when you have a lot to lose...the more you lose the more you'll have to adapt and lower your calories..starting out at 2500…
