I guess what i should have said is that i wasn't working that hard for it to be that high. no palpataions either.... so i am just curious if its the strap or what. idk.. freaks me out everytime! LOL

Awesome post. I am glad to hear you didn't eat your calories back. I was always concerned. My trainer said not to and It made sense as I had (and still have) a lot of weight to lose. Thanks for posting!!!

Everyone hits a plateau. Keep working through it don't stop what you are doing! You will break through and start losing again!! What are your workouts like?

Any Polar HRM is great. average about $100 and it gives you a continual heart rate and counts calories. I love mine!

I know what you are saying about the grumbling when food is digesting... but this feeling I get is like definitely what I know to be hunger pains for me. LOL. Maybe it will pass idk but i don't like it!!!! hahah :wink:

I try, but due to my schedule I work out at night and don't get home til 9pm On the days I work out I do eat more to make up for the calories i burn off . I am new to all of this just trying to get it right!

It's about 2 weeks away so I am not sure it's that. Maybe? But that is more of a craving time for me rather than a hunger. It's just frustrating!!!

ABSOLUTELY!!! IF TOM is coming next week... you are retaining water/fluid plus I know when I am coming up to that time I feel like crap and I may not have gained any weight.... BUT I look HUGE in my eyes. Don't get discouraged keep truckin along and you will be back to normal after next week! good Luck
