I am a Midnight shift worker and have 3 enemies I have to fight nightly. 7-11, McDonalds, and a vending machine.

I break my meals down into 6 hour periods instead of meals and snacks. Seems to work better for me, this allows me to see what times i am snacking the most and when on a normal schedule on the weekend

I had the same issue, what I did was on heavy workout days (around 2 hours in the gym 1500 calories burned) eat and drink more earlier in the day and a bar an hour of starting.

I plan to stay under 3000 for the day should be easy with 2 meals only if I can limit myself to 2 deserts.

I look at myself in the mirror and remember what I used to look like, then read a motivational quote and get recharged to do it again. I also am looking to lose 50 lbs and its not easy. Keep up the good work do it for you and let no one discourage you.

It's so much conflicting information on the world wide web. Some say weigh everyday and some say the same day every month. I exercise 6 days a week to include 4 spin classes M, Tu, Th, & Sat, 2 Kettlebell classes M & F, and 3x a week I lift weights (full body Sunday) light Tuesday and Thursday before spin class) and rarely…
