I like coconut milk... its not as thick as almond milk and is more pleasing to the palate, to me.

Persistence is key. You will have good days, and some not so good days. The key is to realize that it is not a 'diet', but a life change. Make the good days outweigh the bad. The weight will eventually come off. Good Luck!!

I think I'm up a few as well. I know what I need to do its just so hard to get started again. I'm going to do it though, I cannot let myself down after all this hard work I've put in so far. If I can... anybody can. trust me. You can do it!! I need to take my own advice...

I was trying it, I ate what I wanted, when I wanted it (one day out of the week). However, it made me feel sick every time I did it. Guess I overdid it. No more for me. :ohwell:

OMG!! I am having the same problem. I am going to discuss this tomorrow when I have my consult with my personal trainer. I don't understand this at all as I sweat heavily while working out, and I drink PLENTY of water. I will keep you updated on the answer.

Thank you all so much. I have decided that although I am happy with my current weight loss, I need help in pushing myself. So, with that being said, I am going to go ahead and hire a personal trainer. I am okay with the cardio, I just need help with form, core strengths, and just upper total upper body training in general.…
