  • I have a heart rate monitor, but don't use it! LOL
  • That's all you have to do is the best you can. I'm on week 4 and modify when I need to for sure. I also try to push myself through exercises I don't want to do. The good thing is we are doing it.

  • I didn't do the 2nd week due to being sick, but then started week 2 in my actual 3rd week. I started using 3 pound weights and have moved up to 5 pounds, but I need to go get some 8 pounders, because I'm not really feeling it. I do while doing the exercises, but not the days after. Tomarrow will be the end of week 3 for…
  • That's funny because that is exactly what I did! I called them and you're correct, only with the advanced package. She said you could do either the crazy cardio or TKO fat blast.
  • I think it depends on what you are trying to achieve. If you can handle it, then go for it, but doing quite a few reps works great. I started with 3 pounders and am now using 5 pounders.
  • AMAZING transformation! You look awesome!
  • Ok...I think I figured out how to post the pics...fingers crossed.
  • I am 5'4" and started at about 210 at my highest weight. I am currently about 178 pounds. It has been a slow and steady journey and the journey is not over. Still working on getting to my goal of how I would love to look, while looking in the mirror. Unfortunately I couldn't figure out how to put the pics in here...
  • I'm waiting to get back into it. I did everyday up until the Sunday rest day and then I started feeling a cold coming on. So needless to say, I haven't started back yet. I'm waiting to feel better and let my body get all the rest it can. =(
  • WOW! I guess I wasn't to focused on the group because I didn't even see that! LOL I'm definitely glad I made this purchase and I'm only on my 3rd day! I enjoyed the TKO fat blast with the exception of the squat stuff and burpees. One day I won't feel that way I'm sure!

  • I have found barefoot has worked well during certain DVD's as well, but I also like wearing shoes when I work out. This morning, half way through I took my shoes off, but they were already hurting so it didn't change much. I think it's just for the way the angle of my feet are and body position. I definitely like still…
  • So today was my first day...well actually I did a workout on Saturday morning, just because I was really eager to start, but actually started my first official day this morning. I look forward to seeing how well this program works. I have done several other workout DVD's and workouts, but this one seems reasonable and I…
  • I ran into that and decided to go back to doing my workout DVD's. I have a collection so I can switch them up. I had to, because working 8-5, having 2 kids that have homework and sports and then trying to fit meals into that is not easy. I'd rather do a 30-45 minute workout in my living room, then have to worry about…
  • You may think just because the scale isn't reflecting it, that nothing is happening, but so much is happening. Stick with it and you will see. No one ever said this journey would be easy. It takes work and dedication. It's taken me a year to lose the weight I've lost and I'm glad it's taken me that long, because I don't…
  • There are lots of great cardio workout videos. Tae Bo is great and I just started with the Leslie Sansone walking videos. I never looked at them before, because they just didn't sound like something I wanted to do and boy was I mistaken. I'm loving the videos and she has quite a few. It's much more then just walking. I…
  • I think on some machines, you can enter your weight, height and age and it will give you an estimate. Don't know how accurate they are. You could always get a heart rate monitor and even there you have to enter all of the info so it can calculate correctly. Either way, the most important thing is you are doing the work!
  • I feel the exact same way about Jillian Michaels. It's really good to hear that the workouts do work!
  • I just looked at some Leslie Sansone videos and she does alot more then I expected. I think I will have to give those a try too! I think her videos would be great for my dad too!
  • Thank you for your responses! Jillian Michaels are great dvd's, but I can only take so much of her. I do like more cardio, but not videos where you have to put routines together. Some I like, but then when you are doing a set and then add on, it gets me all out of whack! I've done workouts on my Kinect in the past and…
  • I haven't done the Jillian Michael's Full Body Revolution, but do like her No More Trouble Zones...I like switching things up and am trying to do that. I want to stick to one, maybe 2 of the videos from Jackie to really see how it is. I plan on going until the middle of February with just maybe some walking or other cardio…
  • Thank you! Yes I love all her DVD's too! They are definately a workout. With all the posts about Jillian Michaels and 30DS and others and how people don't really lose weight but rather inches I was just curious how people responded to Jackie Warner workouts. I'm not so worried about the number on the scale, although it…
  • I just did Jackie Warner's 30 day jump start and that was awesome! I can't wait to see the results...I like it much better then 30 DS. She actually has a total of 5 videos and I bought them all. There is a website that I went to called collagevideo.com. You can view clips of practically any workout video around! This was…
  • I live in Davie and would love to take you up on the offer, but it's so hard to fit it in, between working and kids. But maybe on the weekends here and there if you are still looking.
  • I liked 30 DS, but like others mentioned, I liked some of her other videos better. I just found a website called callagevideo.com, that they probably have every workout video imaginable, including really old ones, but each video has roughly a 1 minute clip from various parts of the videos and they also have reviews. I too…
  • Always remind yourself that muscle weighs more then fat! Inches are what's probably melting away! Don't be discouraged!
  • Post Grape nuts has 90 grams of iron per serving! That is a great one since everything else is very little! Cereals I think have the most! Hopefully you can eat cereal!
  • Yes I log it all! The good, the bad and the ugly! LOL But I think some things can make a difference! I just look at it as a cushion but it definately is something to think about!
  • I'm pretty sure that was the name of it! Will look at it later!
  • I have a Bob Harper Kettle Bell workout DVD and it's great!
  • Mine is public, but I will say from that I have gotten some unsolicited advice/opinions! Unless I ask what maybe I could have done differently, I really don't want to hear. But what I find very intresting, is that the person who has done this to me 2 times stated similar reasons as to why they used to have theres private.…
