Jackie Warner Results

I have all of Jackie Warner's DVD's and have done them here and there and then got started on other exercises and wasn't doing videos for a while, but since I'm back to a demanding schedule with the kids and school and their sports I am getting back to videos. I like all of her videos and am eager to stick with them for a while and see what kind of results will come about. I would like to hear from people that have done her workouts for a period of time to see what kind of results were achieved. I've seached this topic in the forums before and have not seen any that someone says what results they have gotten. There are lots about Jillian Michaels and others, but none for Jackie Warner. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    I personally love Jackie Warner... I have 4 of her DVD's. I have not had weight loss results (due to my diet) but I have gotten stronger. I actually put her DVD's on hold after doing a full cycle of Insanity and now I'm working on Jillian Michaels Body revolution. I will go back to doing her DVD's again. If you stick with them and clean up your diet...you are sure to see some results.

    Thank you! Yes I love all her DVD's too! They are definately a workout. With all the posts about Jillian Michaels and 30DS and others and how people don't really lose weight but rather inches I was just curious how people responded to Jackie Warner workouts. I'm not so worried about the number on the scale, although it feels good when it moves in the right direction, but body changes.

    I haven't done the Jillian Michael's Full Body Revolution, but do like her No More Trouble Zones...I like switching things up and am trying to do that. I want to stick to one, maybe 2 of the videos from Jackie to really see how it is. I plan on going until the middle of February with just maybe some walking or other cardio in between.
