  • You are doing great. Don't be too worried from carbs from fruits and veggies. Limit intake of processed flour, pasta, etc. those turn to sugar. Great stuff if you are extremely active but if you live a relative non-active life, you don't need those carbs or sugar. Here's to your total well-being.
