well i wasn't able to view the video that the don posted the link for to do the kicks so i just did a lunge with a kick at the end of each one...does this make sense?? lol anyway...i did 50 on each side. hope it counts for something :)

4/13 challenge: i did 50 arm curls (on each side) with 3/4 gallon milk (don't ask me how much that weighs). i am housesitting for a friend and so didn't have any access to my weights.

i joined the challenge as i have gained a bit from my low weight back in nov 2012 and thought this might be a good way to mix it up a bit and to hopefully get back on track :)

i didn't complete the 4/7 challenge due to not knowing what it was...i can't see the msg boards on my phone and don't have access to a computer on weekends :( i DID do the 4/6 challenge (which i will post momentarily) as i was able to see it on fri before leaving work :)

i stayed under my daily allotment for calories but had no extra cardio :( would reported yesterday but went to watch the canucks beat up on the oilers and so knew i'd be consuming some additional caloriesat the game.

i'm a "short" 5'5"...started in the low 180s about two years ago. my lowest has been 138 (before the holidays) and i seem to be creaping up in to the upper 140s lately. ugh! need to refocus and get back on track...PRONTO!! feel free to add me :)

i'm a "short 5'5" "...starting weight was 178. currently at 150 (seems like FOREVER) and my happy weight is anywhere in the low-mid 130s although eventually would like to maintain around 128-131. just can't seem to get past my latest "plateau" :(

i did WW too a few yrs ago and lost over 25 LBS. unfortunately, i got a new boyfriend, quit going and gained it all back (plus a few more LBs). ugh!! found MFP last january and have lost the weight i'd gained and love that i did it without the "membership" charges :)

you should be VERY proud of yourself! honestly, i would never have even guessed by your "beginning" photo that you were anywhere close to 230 and you def look like you weigh less than 189 in the last pic you posted. regardless of the # on the scale...you look fantastic! keep up the great work :)
