Dang! good job! def not bulky. It's also hard to tell by looking at competitive bodybuilders when they are posing and oiled up and tanned, because they end up looking way bigger than they would just walking around not shiny with just enough fat to hide their 8 packs. Thanks a bunch for the pic!

just checked out his website, the highest numbers i saw on his "success stories" were like, 175 deadlifts. and the numbers from the other before and afters were surprisingly low, like 100 pound deadlifts after 2 months of training.
