I've been lifting for a while, currently still lifting and trying to lose 10-15 pounds. I'm trying to decide if I will want to stop progressing in my lifts for aesthetic reasons. For example, provided you have a lifting plan that covers all muscle groups, for every 5 pounds of muscle…
