Wow ! I am thrilled to see all those wonderful comments . Thank you all so much I will remember this when I am at the gym struggling to lift those small weights and looking at all the big guys with the huge weights. I might be 62 but I can still look .... can't I ?

try a tablespoon of peanut butter and a sliced banana .. sounds yuk but tastes lovely very filling and lots of protein

Mine started late 30s . I dyed it or highlighted for years until I got fed up so I grew it out about 4 years ago . Now no-one believes this is my actual real hair colour !!! Edited to say that my eyebrows never went grey and are still my original dark brown colour ... Wierd ??

I have lost 10 lbs and gone from 34DD to 34C . They are actually a little perkier probably as they are not so heavy and I like them much better. I still have 8 lbs to lose and don't mind if they get smaller as I am only 5 feet 1 inch and I don't like me with big boobs . I feel too matronly !

Can someone help me . I cant seem to figure this out . I have been on the 5 ; 2 fasting diet and lost 10 lbs . Now i just have 8 lbs to lose but I have been stalled for over 2 weeks. I'm 5' 1" with a very petite frame. UK based. I weigh 120 right now but I was over 130 . I would like to be 112 I'm a lot older though at 62 but fairly fit.
