It doesn't matter. Do whatever works best for you. If you feel better working out in the morning - do it in the morning. If you are a night owl and prefer to do it at night - do it at night. There is no benefit metabolically speaking to time of day.

I'd go with what everybody else is saying - work on toning. Yoga or Pilates should help give you a long lean look. I wouldn't think you should lose any more weight - since you are at a healthy weight now.

Looked at your diary - if you are hungry - eat some of your exercise calories! Simple as that. You don't have to eat all of them - but it looks like you have a lot of calories left over every day - eat some of them if you're hungry.

I've done it plenty of times. I wouldn't recommend doing it every day simply b/c - well who likes to go hungry all day every day? I won't fast all day - just eat very light and earn some exercise calories beforehand. I find that the hungrier I am before that splurge meal - the better it tastes and the more satisfying it…

I've had dreams that I've totally pigged out and then started feeling really guilty about it like I screwed everything up. But then I wake up and everything's ok. It's pretty rare I have these dreams though.

I was pretty young in the 80s - so my main memories were Care Bears, Heman and Sheera Princess of Power, The Smurfs, The skirts with all those layers and ruffles (which have strangely made a come back), poofy sleeved wedding dresses, big hair, Prince, and Madonna!

My cousin and I were just pondering this same question - we figured since it takes so much more effort to exercise in the heat - surely it must burn more, but we weren't certain. Glad to see some answers on this :)

A sliced up cucumber.quite filling and very few cals. Egg white sandwich - 2 or 3 egg whites fried in a pan, toast a 100 cal thin loaf or a 110 cal bagel thin -yummy, filling and about 150 to 170 cals. eat with water and you're good to go.
