Day 6 for me so still learning! Nice to have an idea on the amount of calories I consume each day! Helps me not to over-indulge! realise how much i shouldn't really eat...especially when i thought they were healthy things! myfitnesspal is a great way to see progress! Good Luck!

I thought the same! the healthy things i thought were good. Low Calorie but full of sugar! :-/ hard to balance it! I am new to this too though...but it seems that Exercise is the Key! good luck! :-)
