    Hello! I am new here as well... day 6 for me. Hardest part is remembering to log all the foods I eat and trying my best to stick to the calories. i have gone over every day thus far. I will gladly support you!

    Hey jsut going to restart this program tomorrow...Was doing well and went away on vacation and now have to try and get back on track...what about you?

    Hi,

    I have just completed day 20, I find the Iphone app is the best way to log my food diary. The database is huge and there is a barcode scanner to make it even easier.

  • Hello! I've been tracking for about 8 days now. Getting married in August and working to look as good as I can! Support would be awesome! My Best Friend is helping but she runs Ultimate Marathons for fun and its kinda hard to vent to someone who's never had the weight issue.

    Day #2 for me too!!! Glad you posted. I'm feeling the same way. I feel I am learning so much.
  • Day 6 for me so still learning! Nice to have an idea on the amount of calories I consume each day!

    Helps me not to over-indulge! realise how much i shouldn't really eat...especially when i thought they were healthy things!

    myfitnesspal is a great way to see progress!
