Maybe try ticking off your work outs on a calendar and have a mini goal if you complete or even get friends round whilst you work out increase the pressure so that you keep going and keep pushing.

I really try not to net at 1200 but when I do a lot of exercise and have a really clean food day its harder to net at what mfp has allocated. I work out between 7am and 9am i have 2 young kids so this is best time for me. Id rather do it there and then when i get up and once kids sorted rather than waiting until they are in bed at 7pm! Hi i never did the 30 day shred routine that she set up i just do the dvd each day and mix it up by trying to do level 1 and 2 or 3 and 1 etc etc. If i don't feel like i could complete a certain one i go for a differnt level and do it and if i feel like i could go further on it i do same routine again. First i just want to say how i admire you for sticking to your healthy eating and exercise!!!! I can imagine being stuck on same weight for 8 months must be very tiedious and frustrating aswell as disheartning. My only advise would be to log everything you are doing and go back to Gp and see if there are more blood tests…
