This. I try and try to eat them, but just cant stand them. I dont like the taste or texture of pretty much 90% fruit and veg. Makes dieting difficult, but I just cant get past my problems with it. My girlfriend is vegetarian, so she does some amazing things with them, and even then, I just cant do it.

I usually do my strength training, first thing in the morning, about 6:30-7am, on an empty stomach, then go home to have breakfast. I found, on a full stomach, I just felt sick. I het up at 6.30am, and get to the gym for 7-7:15am. And I go on an empty stomach, except for a glass of 2 of water.
