So, im very self conscious about posting pictures of myself, especially without a top on. But I've come to the conclusion, why not? Im still in the middle of losing weight, and still on my way to my target.
After a motorcycle accident in 2010, I was left bed bound, and confined to a wheelchair for a year. And been a lover of junk food, I gorged so much, that I got up to 22 stone (308lbs) exactly. I couldn't breathe, I was putting extra weight on to an already severely damaged leg, and was generally a bit of a mess. I wasn't happy, something had to be done, and I needed to help mt leg recover.
So i changed my diet, and did what exercise I could (still to this day, lower body workouts, and cardio can be difficult. Im still waiting on 3 major operations to repar my left leg, thigh to foot).
Ive still a long long way to go, but 1 year since deciding to sort myself out, I have got down to 245 lbs.
Its hard to imagine sometimes, that I have lost that much weight, as I always expected to be a lot smaller for been nearly 5 stone lighter. I checked, double checked, and triple checked my weight with my doctor, and it is correct. But that aside, im still working on it, and even though not visible in the photo, put on a lot of muscle weight.

So heres, my pic (left May 2012, right May 2013)

I know I look miserable, but like I say, im really not into having my photos taken.

    awesome job! the most important thing is to NOT GIVE UP! You WILL make your goals as long as you keep doing what you are doing. Be proud. You are doing a great job!

    amazing results so far; i can see that u are working really hard and you are committed to this journey.

    i often get discouraged with my progress since certain injuries and joint pain can affect my exercise abilities. but the next time i feel like using that as a cop-out, i will think of u and use that as a motivator: u have the challenge of injuries and pain, and u are still BRINGING IT! yes!
