My goal is averaging 10,000 steps per day, reaching 310,000 steps in October. I'm off to a rough start this month. Vacation, rain, more rain. Stomach bug & headache. If I understand this program, the recommended calorie intake of 1270 is actually the "NET" calories. Actual intake - calories burned = NET I hope this helps. Keep up the good work :flowerforyou:
