  • It has helped me no end! If you have hand weights you could add resistance to any of the step games, also if you can get a riser this will give you a better workout. I find the boxing and the free run the best to increase my heart rate, but go for it!

  • I tried it like that today - was good! Tomorrow I may try them outstretched but no more than a foot off the floor...I think she does something like that in No More Trouble Zones. I remember it being gruelling!

  • About to do D4....I STILL hate the anterior raises with the side lunge!! Although, I managed to get through them...a bit slower than the DVD, but I did it!   • I use 2 and 3kg weights. I didn't buy them as a set, however. I use the 2kg weights when doing wii fit free step - bicep curls, tricep extensions etc and the 3kg on JM DVDs...although sometimes I have to take it down a step depending upon the move!
