Constantly over on fat....
My diary shows that I constantly go over on fat. I have it set at either 20 or 25% as per Heybale's spreadsheet. Quite a bit of that fat is from things like cottage cheese, ground almonds and pb, so is that as bad as say the fat that was in my chorizo this evening? Or is it all just fat? Resistance bands for CLX
Has anyone had experience of using just resistance bands for ChaLean extreme? I only have light dumb bells but have been using a resistance band for turbo fire, so was interested in exploring that avenue before deciding if I need to invest in some heavier weights. My current weights don't push me to 'failure' after 10 reps.
