I'm starting this today. I've got the app and have checked out the beginner program (wk1). I can only do it twice a week, I think, and 3 times a week I will be running.
So I have a couple of questions:
1. People who have done this program, do you log (fyi) your workouts in terms of reps / success (failure!)?
2. I checked out the group here, and it's pretty quiet, is anyone else doing it atm, or have done it, and do they have any tips?

i havent done it but i am definitely going to get the app!0

I use the app. It keeps track of my workouts. I also run and generally only do YAYOG 3 days a week, but I usually do 2 workouts at a time.0

So you would do a workout 1 followed by workout 2? That's a good idea.0
