Where did the spreadsheet thread go?

There was a really useful spreadsheet put on here by someone and I downloaded it and have started using it....
However....I'm a bit stuck so was looking for the thread to find the original link where it was, or even the person who posted it so I could ask them a question or two....
If you've used it or can refer me to the link (believe me, I have trawled through about 10 pages in this group) or the person who did it, I would be very grateful!

I think I get it....
The L and the M column, I should be aiming to get as close to zero as I can...If not, I need to eat more?0 -
Yes you need to get them to 0 or negative if you're eating over your TDEE.
If the numbers are still positive you still have calories to eat.0
