So, last week I did the basic ladders upper body workout and felt quite impressed with myself.
Roll on 3 days and my right tricep hurts to hell! Ugh. I thought I'd warmed up sufficiently, but when I I think about it, I probably did more of a lower body warm up.
So, tomorrow, I'm going to do one of the warm ups from CLX, as she seems to incorporate some good arm warm ups. But I would like any input / info from what people have found worked for them, I can't go through another few days of tricep pain like that, I could hardly lift my hand to my mouth.
