Killer buns and thighs - thoughts?

Hi, I did a little search on this yesterday, but couldn't find answers!

I've just bought this DVD & completed L1 today - I usually like JM DVDs, but this one, I'm not sure about & I don't know why!

So, anyone else done it (or started it)? What are / were your thoughts on it?

I only plan on doing it 1-2 times a week - I'm doing CLX 3x a week and it may be that they are too similar.

    Hi there,
    I do it five days a week with 2 of her other videos, it is torture, sumo squats, argh! But honestly the results are amazing, I disliked it at first, but after the first week you start enjoying it!

    Oh, thanks - I'd decided to stick with it until I'd done it 5-6 times anyway, so it's good to hear that I might just have to power on through the first few times! :)

    Just did it yesterday. Going to again today. I thought I didn't get so much of a work out.... And by evening my butt was so sore = must be working

    So many squats and lunges! Ugh, hurts so good.

    Squats and lunges are best for your butt! Once you start doing them for a while, you'll get better, and you'll see results.

    Thanks all - yes, the squats...the lunges....aarrgghh! But I know it's all to the good!
