  • Hey don't knock it! That's great! I've lost 1lb since last posting on here!
  • Hi, I'm in worcestershire, have sent you an add, anyone feel free to add me, great to see lots of UK ladies on here!
  • I have a cheap one with a strap. It was £14.99 from lidl. It seems ok, took my details when I set it up etc. Not sure it stores memory, but works as a pedo n timer etc as well. The calorie burn seems ok I think.
  • I sometimes would rather walk the plank than 'hold my plank strong'. Just sayin'
  • I always start it telling myself that I can stop at the end of a circuit if I want...the 1st time I did it I only did circuit 3(and the warm up/cool down), but I had just done banish fat, boost metabolism in total. It's a killer, but I always get through it...I modify certain moves tho- the 2nd set of surrender (c4?) I do…

  • Mine are: I'm tired...I'll do it in a bit. I deserve a treat, I've been exercising hard I don't feel so good at the moment, maybe in an hour.
  • Yeah can c it better now! Great job..I'm 6packing it tmz!
  • A NMTZ day today! Boy those surrenders are tough! I can only do the 1st set with weights. I honestly think if I tried the 2nd set with, I'd collapse in a mess on the floor! Looking forward to tmz- shorter workout for the 6pack, feel like I'm getting a break!
  • Nice results! I can definitely see a difference between before and week 2 - on week 3 because of the extreme close up of your waist definition, it's a bit harder to see the overall change, but great job! I'm doing it twice a week atm, alternating it with 2 days of banish fat and two days of trouble zones, at the end of May…
  • I'm in! Would defo like to lose 4lb before family wedding in 2.5 weeks...ok...so that's not going to happen! But overall would like to lose 10-12lbs by August. Easy, huh? I've just come from a 5-6 week plateau, and although I was losing inches, it got a little disheartening - I just hope there isn't another 5-6 weeks…
  • I think this is a question best answered by your doctor, or the surgical team. I had keyhole surgery a couple of years ago, I got a very helpful leaflet detailing what I could & couldn't do, how long I should wait before driving etc. It really surprised me how much you use abdominal muscles, I was shocked by how…
  • I honestly think I count calories in my sleep! Or at least am on MFP in my sleep. That is a very scary thing to have admitted to! Eek.

  • Did it - no loss / gain on Tuesday, but I had drunk a fair bit of wine Mon night and had somehow absorbed a pint of water during the night, so no real surprise! Wasn't too disheartened, as had a couple of NSV's this week anyway....weighed in again today (I know, I couldn't wait a whole week!) and....lost just over a lb!…
  • Hi there, I'm in Worcestershire, feel free to add me! This site is great!
  • I'm also doing a combo of JM DVDs! Banish fat mon & wed Trouble zones tue & thur 6pack fri & sun Sat...sweet fa! I'm definitely feeling the benefit, my arms are getting toned and it's doing great things for my thighs and butt. It's a killer to get all of the workouts in though- and feel a bit dead afterwards! I'm enjoying…
  • Thanks for replies! Should have stipulated type of cycling - definitely road cycling, not racing, just out and about, you know?

  • If you're in the UK you can buy it over the pharmacy counter. Be sure to talk to your pharmacist! When I took it, I was told to keep the dosages level and at all costs to avoid bran! So it is worth speaking to someone medical about it first. Re calories, I don't know. It is syrupy. It usually takes 2-3 days to work.
  • Oh I have been measuring as well, and yes, I've been going on those measurements probably more than the weightless...the scales thing is somewhat weird...my scales are inaccurate, by around 6lbs to my favour lol! I log on my wii fit check, but usually once a week or when I sense I've lost! The bathroom scales show if I've…
  • I recently completed 30DS and have started a combo of 6wk6pack, no more trouble and banish fat...they r great workouts, I think I would find it difficult doing the same one over & over but by combining them am getting a great workout. I like the fact on the NMTZ & BFBM you can just choose circuits rather than doing the…
  • I've started 6week 6 pack after the 30 DS, but I'm doing it 2 days a week, along with No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, both twice a week as well. It's intense - she seems to go from exercise to exercise really quickly. Because my living room is so small, I have to pause it when she says 'hit the mat'…
  • Thanks for your replies and links - I'll look at them when the sun isn't shining as nicely! But some interesting points in your comment.s
  • I'm starting it tomorrow- I did 30ds and loved it, but am now mixing it up a bit and doing banish fat, boost metabolism x2 a week, no more trouble zones x2 a week and 6wk 6pack x2 a week...eek!!
  • Me...in sunny sunny worcestershire! Please feel free to add me
  • 1st 5 days for me were hell on the quads, but after day 5, the pain went away! I did it 6 days/week, with other cardio on all 7 days.
  • Wahey! Shredded and done! Oh boy! Today was tough! I'm offline for a few days, (Well will try and log my food etc) so will post results when I get back. They're not jaw-droppingly spectacular, but I feel smaller everywhere and defo fitter! Keep it going people! I want to hear other successes when I get back!!
  • I love nuts, however they don't reciprocate! I still eat them, but accept that they don't pass through the plumbing easily!
  • L3D9 done! Almost there (I'm sounding like JM only I'm not lying when I say it!) I asked my hubby to tell me honestly if he thought I'd lost weight, cos he never says anything to me! He paused....and said...I can't say definitely where you've lost weight, but I can definitely tell that you've lost weight all over, you've…
  • Whoop! L3D8 DONE!! Almost there! NSV - have put on denim mini skirt that is currently being kept up by my butt and my thighs - my hips are not doing a thing! Usually it hugs my butt in an unattractive way and is indecently short, but today it is sitting about 3" above my knee and falling! Also, my top feels quite baggy…
  • Hi am in Worcester...have sent a request
