Just finished B210K!! Final run was 70min pretty straight running, 7.06 miles run with a run pace of 9.55min/mile! Feeling very ready for my 6 miler on the 25th march!

I think it depends upon how fit you are! I normally do b210k on one of my CLX days and another, shorter run on one of the others. The b210k (I'm currently running between 6.5 & 6.75 miles) after CLX really wipes me out, I'm not sure I'll continue longer runs when I get into the Lean phase as its longer.

I'm using them to do ChaLean extreme. I got a set of 5 with different levels of resistance and I think I get a good workout, Unless you've got the ChaLean DVDs I can't easily describe the workout, but people on here have said there's loads of stuff on YouTube that shows form and exercises. Hope that helps a bit!

I'm 5'4", 140 & 37 years, on most of the circuits I burn about 180-200 with my ft4. I find when I use the bands with the higher resistance I get more of a sweat!

Bit of a slog...but finally got round to starting week 6!! Just done W6 D1... Steady pace but covered 6.38 miles, so happy with the distance. Was very wet though, but I'm gonna stop chickening out of running just cos of rubbish weather. I am. Really. I am. :laugh:
