i would shoot to stay around 1400, you don't want to go too low. you can turn off negative adjustments in "MY HOME", settings, diary settings, scroll down and uncheck the box, now the fitbit will only add calories throughout the day

not sure what you bought from walmart, but the bodyfortress and six star stuff is not very good, and didnt agree with alot of ppl's gastro intestinal system.. i wouldnt step foot in a GNC let alone spend money in them even if it saved a buck.. just get a good multivitamin, and some ON Whey.... its a marked up store, selling to suckers.. i prefer vitaminshoppe, or amazon.. CVS has better prices on vitamins... Just my opinion..

this is the only powder i buy, lowest calories, highest protein content per scoop, takes awesome in 2% milk, but i use 2 scoops with 8-10oz ice water in a shaker. 53$ at vitammanshoppe or amazon
