Just imagine how your students feel too.

I'm fan of skinny guys. You don't need muscles, just prominent bones to hang with me. So vote posting more thin dudes!

I don't think it does anything in particular. Just that drinking black tea over eating food may result in less calories daily.

You look so great, And well designed costume too. :)

I don't mind having thicker legs. :) I always kill with any lower body exercises. I don't really have a goal in mind. I just work hard and eat well and enjoy life. I'm just about an average weight, I don't think dropping 10 pounds would make a huge difference (mainly because it would be very hard for me to maintain and…

"Sweat like a pig, look like a fox" It's silly, but I like it.

I vote bring back the beard! You look great.

I find I have bouts with that too. When I feel I need a little extra, I just do. Though, I always go for a long run or work out harder after (even if it doesn't burn off all I ate) It makes me feel less 'guilty' about the indulgence, and I find I don't end up eating out of control the next day because I haven't denied…

I was overweight for a bit on my teenage years (read: depression). I just stopped eating junk and moving around more and eventually lost weight. I've put more effort into weight loss since then in an effort to become more fit. So I guess, I have been overweight. but for a much shorter period than I've been healthy.

I started off slow. I work out from videos on the YouTube and I also jog. I would run until I felt tired and stopped and walked until I felt well enough to continue. This really helped me to be in tune with my body while I was pushing myself. I'm honestly the world's cheapest jogger. I have an 'acceptable' pair of shoes…

Ha! Sounds like fun. I'll do it tonight.

I love working out alone. I work out from videos on the YouTube and I also jog, so there's no gym issue for me. I would hate if I always had to work out with people. I guess you'll just have to learn to be accountable to yourself, or make some friends to go with.

I love doing my Blogilates. I've been doing her videos off and on for years. The person who posted previously is right, though. If you don't lose fat you won't see any muscle. I've do the regular calendar in September and now October. That being said I notice more definition now. I also jog, but Blogilates definitely helps.…

For me it's Astronautalis. Particularly the album "This is our Science", seriously I've run for hours listening to that album and his other 'Pomegranate' . I mean, hell, I'm dancing at stop lights and trying to sing and jog at the same time. I'm that into it,haha. You might like him, I'm not sure.

I don't have a 'thigh gap', but my legs don't rub together when I'm walking. And I like that. Since I've been working out I have a bit of space, but I would never consider it a noticeable gap. Also from the back having that little bit of space makes me *kitten* look great. Love it.

Well, there's certain things about all sorts of people. Their own quirks kind of become a turn-on to me. But generally; A well-fitting pair of jeans a good pair of boots will get you far! Bright eyes, a strong nose. Confidence with an undertone of aggression. Strong beliefs and an ability to articulate them.

Okay. Glad to know I'm not alone in this. I understand that if I dieted I would be able to drop down. I was only really looking to lose weight to show a bit more definition in my muscles. But generally I'm happy at this weight. And I'm working on just become more 'fit' rather than focusing on having a lower number on the…

I don't think you need people to acknowledge your weight loss. However, you shouldn't feel like their attitude is trying to 'stop' you. Ultimately, it's for you and you cannot let other people keep you at their level. Don't give in to their nonsense, but don't try and pull them along either. Luckily, my boyfriend likes fit…

Realize that you're talking about .4 of a pound. That's nothing. You know you haven't gone over. Just keep focusing on losing inches not on the scale.

Brutal Lord Nice...

I've never done zumba. But, I feel ya on the whole 'bulky calves' issue. It's genetics unfortunately. I do a lot of cardio and while my legs are smaller/more toned I still have proportionately 'large' calves. It's just the way you and I are built. Still it is a bit agonizing for me, I really hate them.

Anyone into the Paleo movement here? I don't eat chicken unless I catch it myself.

I work part-time, go to school full-time and work out for 2 hours a day. I eat clean. But then again,I don't really like 'hot pockets' or the like either. They're more expensive in the long run, I find. Cost-saving measures always take precedent for me.

A few slices of bacon and cabbage fried together. Simple and so good.
