Depends on the exercise, but I usually use 10lb as the lightest and 25lb at the heaviest... hoping to up my weight soon though!

I'm running my first Tough Mudder this Saturday! I registered last minute, so haven't had much time to train specifically for it! I have been working with a trainer the past few months though, really focusing on HIIT and strength training, so I'm hoping it'll be enough to survive this beast!

Try Quest protein bars!.... 20g of protein, low carb, no sugar added, all natural, high fiber, 160-170 calories... and they are DELICIOUS. I literally look forward to eating these bars everyday. Not to mention, they keep me satisfied for hours!

Clean eating has absolutely changed my life... So much more energy and I rarely feel that 3:00pm crash anymore! I'll never go back.... except maybe for a cupcake here and there ;)
