I had an awful week last week. I was okay Monday to Thursday then I went wild Friday until yesterday. I put up 4lbs in 4days! Back up to 141lbs from 137lbs. I have only 4 weeks until my holidays and I really need to shift some weight before then as i know I'll feel miserable and none of my summer clothes fit! Unfortunately…

I lost 2lbs last week but I was absolutely dreadful over the weekend. I ate out every night and lots vino of too! Will have probably put it back on. Aiming for 1lb this week as will have to undo the weekends boldness!

It used to be just my thighs and bottom but now it is everywhere! I now even hate showing my arms which never really bothered me before! Hopefully once I get my clean(ish) eating under control I will then focus on getting fit. Maybe we could do a small exercise challenge too? One that doesn't involve gym/equipment etc?…

Sounds great. I normally do Friday's as I have a sneaky vino or dinner out on a Friday night l! But I can just log Friday's weight on. Saturday if people want to stick to Saturday.

If I get time I usually try to plan my week ahead on a Sunday. That way I can get all the right food shop in and know what I'm having each day. If time permits on a Sunday I log in roughly a daily plan until Thursday. I then tweek it everyday. I find if I plan in advance I'm more likely to stick near my target calorie…

Weekly weigh in Friday sounds great! I'm aiming for 4/5lbs by end of June so about 1.5 lbs a week by then. Would love to be down 11-13lbs by end of July for my holidays!

That's great that I'm not the only shortie out there! I am going to try short, small goals as I easily give up if I aim too high. I might aim to try and lose 4/5lbs by the 30th June.
