I already do sprinting/walking intervals for usually 30-45 min. I am wondering if someone could explain the HIIT. the sprinting is a really good workout but I can feel my thighs getting stronger and I am just preparing myself for whenever I need to pump it up.

Mine are not terrible but whenever I am on my perior I usually use those sticky heating pads (they are temporary and last abou t8 hours) those def help my cramps. I am the exact same way. I dont want to say that I get bored with a workout but sometimes you want something different. Maybe you could incorporiate it into your workout to kinda spice it up.

Got my two workouts in yesterday. I had to do them back to back so that is always fun. I was exausted afterwards but had a major calorie burn. I have the EXACT same problem. And I am working out normally (all parts of my body) Not just spot training. But I am doing cardio at least once a day. like the eliptical (I set it to make sure it works out my booty and thighs) and I am getting back into running. you just have to figure out the best way for you to workout. Figure out what you are wanting out of the workouts. If youre wanting to lose weight or if you are just wanting to tone or whatever it is you'll have to figure that out. Its tough waking up early so I dont I work out twice in the afternoon. I agree...I am not able to wake up earlier than going to work and so I usually do both of my workouts in the afternoone usualy with liek a 2-3 hour break in between. You need need to ask what is going to work for you.

i love ab ripper...its works so stinking good. I wish P90x would come out with a better leg workout though (upper leg) ;o)

I think in the long run it will strengthen your legs but if you are planning on running after you do the weighted squats its hard. Like when I do my interval training/squats/lunges. I always run before I do all the lunges and squats becaue if I had to run after doing the lunges/squats there is no way. my legs are most def…
