I am on there right now and I am not seeing anthing about counting the calories burned...Maybe I am missing it. where did you do on teh site to get there? I have the free membership

It all depends on what you will do and keep doing. I did two rounds of P90X and the results from doing that were phenomenal However I got really tired or working out at home. I had/have a gym membership at teh same time as the P90X and didnt go to the gym so I kinda spent more money than needed but I used my gym membership…

Stuff comes up. Like on a normal Tuesday I can only workout 1x a day. So things just happen. The important thing is you got one in :o) good for you!!

One good thing about doing them back to back is you dont have to worry about getting another workout in that day hehe.

i always make sure that I do not eat anything high in sodium. That will make you retain water and I know for me I retain more water during that time of the month then I do any other time. Hope that helps :o)

Awesome I am so glad you decided to join all of us in this. I really think that its going to be a good thing. If you ever need motivation or anythign like that we are all here doin the exact same thing :o) We are all here to help motivate each other to push through wake up and workout :o)

No its not too late. Just make out the plan that you are going to do and then just stick to it...we will keep posting on here and watch everyone progression. I plan on doing two a days 5-6 days a week for 3 weeks and then I might cut it down to 3-4 days a week doing two a days....All depending where I am at in 3 weeks.…

I am taking a zumba class this friday do you love it? If I like it they have a 5:15 AM class Mon Wed Fri so I could mix it up in the AM

Awesome! yeah the more the merrier! It def has helped me because when I dont feel like getting up in teh morning i remember that everyon on this post is getting up and doign the workouts.

I just started two a days and today was my first morning workout and it was hard getting out of bed and the sleepiness is def kicking in right now but it fits well with my schedule. I work full time and go to school half time and still fit in homework and studying and to do two a days I have to work out once in the monring…

I have to say that the alarm going off at 4:45 was WAY early....but I got up and went to the gym and worked out. Heres my plan today AM: 60 min on eliptical (DONE) PM: Chest and back/ ab ripper x I weighed this morning and need to take my measurments tonight. Cant wait to start seeing results.

I am not an expert but as long as you are feeding your body the right stuff (healthy) and working out you should be losing weight. you might have to eventually (a week or so) change up your workout routine because your body will become used to that workout and you weight loss will pleateu. Make sure to eat enough calories…

Yeah go you! I am finally back on the right sleep schedule haha time changes in different countries are awful about throwing you off but thats okay. Will workout har hard today and then wake up early early tomorrow :o)

That sounds like an awesome plan. I am coming up with my workout plan today. I havent had time to do it yet with being out of town. Cant wait though. Its so nice to have other people because it will help me to get up early early early to work out hehe
