Im trying to weigh myself every 2 weeks but I usually end up doing twice a week.

We are all in this together! I have tried many times to lose the weight myself but I always fall short of any of my goals. One piece of advice I can give u that was given to me is... Dont focus on how much u have to lose, but how u feel! Its all about baby steps. We didnt become overweight overnight, so it wont come off…

Im 5'2 and my goal weight by April 2014 is 150, but eventually I would like to see 125-130.

Im kinda in the same situation. When I first started trying to lose weight and eat healthy I was constantly starving, Well now Im the opposite. Im under about 200 calories a day this week, and I couldnt even imagine trying to eat some or 1/2 of my exercise calories. It makes no sense to me that you would eat back what you…

Same thing happened with me, the next week I weighed myself and I was down 3 pounds!! Its probably all the muscles you are building. Muscle weighs more then fat. Just keep going and wait to see, its all trial and error at first. Another idea from personal trial and error..... dont weigh yourself all the time, it does more…

When I started my Journey I cut out all the bad sweets and foods that I loved and craved for far too long. I now enjoy Sugar Free Jello or Pudding topped with lite whip cream. Its sweet and satisfying!

I feel the same way! So many times I have tried, done good, then fell off track, got discouraged and gave up. But like u I feel this time is gonna be different! Im taking baby steps and setting smaller goals and surprising myself every day! Add me if u want.

I to am in the same boat. But I just go to sleep when it happens. I know if I gave in then I would beat myself up for days. I also try and remind myself of all the hard work Ive done and how nice it will be to kick the sweets completely.

You give us all inspiration!!! Rock it girl you look AMAZING!

Main thing to keep in mind is you did not put this weight on over night. Therefore its NOT going to come off over night. Lose it slowly but steadily and the healthy way. Try not to discouraged even though its so hard to do and we ALL do it at some point.

Lack of carbs must be why I am always tired! After my daily workouts thats about all the energy I have. All ll of my sugars come from my fruits I would imagine. When I started this journey I cut out all sweets and soda. Last question, if I exercise why do I have to replace the calories I burned? I thought the point was to…

I was 50 pounds over weight when I started my journey. I am now 30 pounds away from m goal :) I did lots of cardio like running( easiest to start out for me was to jog in place and do some jumping jacks as well), walking fast, dancing anything that got my heart beat up and my blood flowing. Remember diet is 80% exercise is…

I am also going it alone, and its been rough not having a motivation partner. I've been on my journey for almost a month and have lost inches and weight. Would love to have a motivation buddy!
