  • I'm a little late to the line, but can commit to 10lbs. I've got a lot to lose, so 10lbs seems right, maybe it's too low...we'll see Start Weight: 347 Goal Weight: 337 Let's do it!!!
  • It does depend on the body and i've heard the more you weight/strength train the more it tends to go back. Since you're replacing muscle with fat it helps. That is why it is important to do more than just cardio. Foods rich in protein also help.
