Me too!!!! I'd never had knee pain before - EVER. I've been taking glucosamine & dealing with it, assuming it was because it's different than what I've been use to. I've been doing the Cardio Max & 30 Day Shred. Curious to see what others say also.

A doctor recommending bars & shakes as a supplement for food? Doesn't sound right. Go to your regular physician for prescriptions for your medical needs & get his recommendations on diet and diet counseling.

You can get them at any drug store. Good luck! -- I just re-read & noticed the part where you said they get hot, etc.... I'd say go…

My older sister has been trying to get me to take a vacation with her this summer... (our ideas of vacationing are a little different) I was discussing my reservations with my daughter - she said, "Just go, mom. You could get matching fanny packs and go antique-ing." :ohwell: Must be getting old...
-
I'm not sure how old your mom is, but I know with my own mother as she gets older there's alot more "wow" factor that seems to come out of her mouth :noway: . You need to graciously call her on it. She probably didn't even realize she hurt your feelings.
