Sure we all do! I myself set aside one day of the week to eat anything I want. I call My Cheat Day. I keeps me from the cravings I have had before and I don't feel like I'm punishing myself. Good luck!

Good work!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm trying to reach my first of 240 from 283. Been at it since mid-Jan and have lost 25 so far. But only 5 using MFP.
