I just started week 7. I had a little trouble with W6D3, I think it was because I ran with a partner and went a bit faster to keep up with her. I don't think you should worry about pace, I think it will come naturally as you increase your stamina and condition. W7D1 was great, because I stuck to my pace.

Finished W7D1, super excited to be able to run 25 minutes! For the first long run, I was visiting family and ran it on flat, paved roads. My normal "trail" is a long, hilly dirt road. I feel great!

Finished Week 6 Day 3 yesterday. On to Week 7 tomorrow, no more intervals. Straight jogging from now on, eek!

I finished W5D3 yesterday and cannot believe that I was able to jog for 20 minutes. I'm going to start W6 tomorrow and have a 5k scheduled on July 20th, can't wait!

I agree. I was afraid of the 8 minute runs, but I did them last night and they were easier than I thought they would be.

We make turkey taco salad all the time, over romaine lettuce with lots of veggies. Those who feel the need can still wrap it in a tortilla or taco shell, I eat it straight from the bowl.

I did a 3.5 mile race yesterday. I planned to walk 5 min / jog 5 min throughout the race, and I did it! I finished in 46 minutes. I haven't entered a race in over 20 years, it was so much fun!

I developed MANY food allergies as an adult, and apples are one of them. It's hard for me, because I love juice, and apples are found in most juices.

Great job! I completed W4/D2 yesterday, and went 2.8 miles during the 31 minute workout. It was very humid out, which didn't help, but I never gave up! I'm doing a 3.5 mile walk/run this Sunday. I know I'm not ready to jog the whole thing, so I'm planning on doing 5 minute jogs and 3 minute walks.

I work at a boarding school with an amazing dining hall, my weakness is the vast display of desserts each day. At least 5 kinds of cake/pie are available daily. I've been sticking with fruit, but it's always tempting.

Nice job!

I'm glad it wasn't too bad, I'm starting Week 4 on Saturday.

w3/D2 yesterday. I wasn't feeling very motivated, but was glad I did it in the end. I pushed a little harder yesterday and increased my distance from 2.1 to 2.3 miles. I have to admit though, I'm nervous about week 4.
