I can tell you I didn't see my numbers drop from the b**** of a scale until I started lifting weights. I might be a bit older but it really is true muscle burns fat! Plus, I had to change WHAT I was eating too.

I agree if you do cave go for small portions maybe get some Popsicles that helps me sometimes. Plus drink lots of water too! :) Gum...ok that's it for me!

It's true that Muscle burns fat! I do a program that requires I lift a heavy weight for about 10 - 12 reps. I like this because I reach failure faster, but still get the muscle building exercises. i'm to learning to like and hopefully love lifting. If interested add me and I'll send you a link...

LOL I get that from my friends when we go out. They will roll their eyes or wrinkle their nose when I get grilled salmon and veggies. I don't do that when they order cheese fries or nachos.

Are you a vegetarian? If so have you thought about beans, soups, brown rice, things like that would make you feel fuller longer and more satisfied.

I love to make Turkey or Chicken stuffed green/red bell peppers and they are even better the next day. I send my guy off with them to work whenever I make them. Plus, just the half of the pepper fills you up...you can skip the rice and add other things like tomatoes and veggies with the meat. Or use less brown rice. :)…

Well all the sugar in Red Bull is going to mess up your sugar balances, which maybe why you are getting hungry and not sleeping well. Another thing is caffeine stimulates hunger.
