Yes it's delicious! The spaghetti squash is sweet so the saltiness from the tomato sauce compliment each other very well. It's low calorie, but filling.

When I first started I had to modify the exercises. Or I wouldn't be able to finish the whole 20 minute workout. you need to stretch out your calves and your arches...try massage your arch with a tennis ball by standing and applying a little bit of weight. It'll feel good too! I get this everyonce in awhile and most of the time it's poor shoes and the tightening of my ligament or tendon.

The main reason I dislike lungers is because I worry about my knees just like you, but I have to say they are one of my least favorite exercise and those pendulum lunges that JM makes you do those are my enemy. :D

Make sure you are drinking a lot of water...fat comes out of our body through our urine sooooo....plus make sure you eat some of your execise calories back. If you are just modifying your food intake then it will probably take a bit longer for you to see results on the scale. Adding exercise will help speed it up a bit.…
